Digital products: all sales final. Because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete and the files have been delivered. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a file will not open, downloads incorrectly, or is not as described, please email swartzprobiz@gmail.com within 14 days and we will fix it or replace it promptly. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive the right to a refund upon download.
